Who is responsible for your data

What we use and why

Enquiries initiated by you

Your name, company, email address, material of interest and application description enable us to answer questions, guide material selection and prepare proposals. Phone number, volume and timing are optional. Do not send sensitive data, personal documents or confidential information belonging to third parties.

Form protection

The website uses the IP address and email address to generate protected identifiers and limit abusive submissions. The control database stores these identifiers, a cryptographic digest of the request, a reference number, date, submission status, email service reference and, for new forms, the version of the notice displayed. Message text is not stored in this database. These records are pseudonymised, not necessarily anonymous.

Hosting operations

Accessing the website involves technical data, such as IP address, the address accessed, time and browser information, which the infrastructure may process to deliver pages, diagnose faults and protect the service.

Legal bases for processing

Handling an enquiry initiated by a company representative and preventing abuse rely on legitimate interest, limited to the stated purpose and necessary data (Article 7, IX, of Brazil’s LGPD). When you are a party to a contract, preliminary procedures requested by you or performance of a contract may also apply (Article 7, V). Legal obligations and the regular exercise of rights may justify retaining specific records (Article 7, II and VI).

The confirmation on the form records your acknowledgement of this notice. It does not authorise advertising, unrestricted sharing or campaign subscriptions. This form does not subscribe you to a newsletter.

How your request reaches Plastvinil

The website uses Sites hosting with Cloudflare infrastructure. Form submissions are processed by Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc.) and forwarded to contato@plastvinil.com.br, with a copy to thiago@godoidigital.com.br, the authorised contact for following up on enquiries. The mailbox provider and the team responsible for handling enquiries are also involved in this flow.

Resend receives message data to deliver it. Hosting processes the information needed to operate and protect the website. The form does not sell contacts or forward data to advertising lists.

These services use international infrastructure. Resend reports that its primary processing takes place in the United States; data may be processed outside Brazil. Information about providers and the terms applicable to your enquiry may be requested through the privacy contact channel. International location does not remove the rights provided by the LGPD.

Contact via WhatsApp

The WhatsApp button opens an external WhatsApp/Meta service to contact Plastvinil at +55 11 2669-9737. On product pages, the suggested text contains only the material name and an intention to make contact. You can edit this text and decide whether to send it. The website does not automatically transfer data entered in the form to WhatsApp.

Loading the pages does not embed the WhatsApp service. When you open the link, the terms and WhatsApp privacy policy also apply. The information you send in that conversation will be used by Plastvinil to handle your request.

Sales enquiry dashboard

New enquiries are also recorded in a restricted dashboard. It stores the name, company, email address, phone number provided, material, enquiry type, language, volume, deadline, message, reference number, service stage and notes from the authorised team. This commercial history is separate from technical abuse-prevention records.

Commercial history is not automatically deleted after a set period. Plastvinil must assess retention needs according to the purpose of the enquiry and address applicable correction or deletion requests through the privacy contact channel. This setting does not remove rights under Brazil’s LGPD. The 30-day technical cleanup does not delete contacts or dashboard history.

Administrative access requires authentication and uses a strictly necessary session cookie, lasting up to 8 hours and ending after 30 minutes of inactivity. Password setup links can be used once and expire after 30 minutes. These mechanisms are not used for advertising.

How long data are retained

• Form control: technical records older than 30 days enter the automatic periodic deletion routine. Cleanup runs independently of the confirmation of a new submission. Service interruptions may delay a run.
• Messages and proposals: retention takes into account the duration of the enquiry, any subsequent contract, legal obligations and the need to exercise rights. Deletion from the website’s control database does not delete mailbox messages or provider records. Ask the privacy contact channel for information on the retention period and handling of your enquiry.
• Hosting, delivery and backups: follow the terms of the respective services and applicable obligations; they are not included in the 30-day cleanup of the form database.
• Browser preferences: remain on this device until you remove them or the browser clears its storage.

How we measure website use

When enabled, internal measurement counts page views, contact and WhatsApp clicks, additions to the quote list and completed material selections. We keep only totals by day, page, material and action type for up to 90 days. This measurement database does not store IP addresses, names, email addresses, phone numbers, form text, individual histories, visitor identifiers or referring addresses. The infrastructure continues processing the technical data needed to receive the request.

These counts help us understand which materials and contact paths attract interest. They do not represent unique visitors, conversations actually started on WhatsApp or sales. Requests accepted by the email service also contribute to a separate operational total; acceptance does not prove that the recipient has read the message.

Interaction measurement respects the browser’s Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals. You can also disable it below. Your choice is stored only in this browser and does not affect service.

Cookies and preferences under your control

This version does not install advertising tools or external audience analytics services. Page fonts, images and videos are delivered by the website’s own hosting. The comparison tool, quote list and reduced-motion preference on the home page use browser local storage to retain your choices.

The list may include materials, quantities and units. The website does not save your name, email address, phone number or form message in this storage. Information retained by browser autofill is controlled through the browser’s own settings.

The hosting platform’s security or authentication features may use their own technical mechanisms. If new measurement or advertising tools are adopted, this policy and the choice controls will be updated according to the purpose and applicable legal basis.

How to exercise your rights

You may request confirmation of processing, access, correction and information about sharing. Where applicable, you may also request anonymisation, blocking or deletion of unnecessary, excessive or unlawfully processed data, and portability under the regulations; object to processing in the event of non-compliance with the law; and request a review of decisions based solely on automated processing that affect your interests.

When processing relies on consent, you may learn about the consequences of withholding it, withdraw it and request deletion of data processed on that basis, subject to the legal grounds for retention.

Write to contato@plastvinil.com.br. State your request and the email address used for the enquiry; include the reference number if available. Do not send personal documents initially. Proportionate identity verification may be necessary to prevent data from being disclosed to the wrong person. Exercising your rights is free of charge and subject to applicable statutory deadlines.

Security measures

The website uses HTTPS, server-side field validation, submission limits, duplicate protection and content-loading restrictions. Sending credentials remain on the server. Guided material selection supports the technical discussion and does not perform credit checks or make automated contracting decisions.
