Consider it for walls and panels. Specify the finish, dimensions, substrate and installation.

Include coverings for counters, furniture and other set-design surfaces in the assessment.
Send measurements with context.
An area in square metres helps start the discussion, but consumption also depends on usable width, the cutting plan, joins and anticipated waste. Provide the area layout and the dimensions of each surface.
State the event requirements.
Specify venue rules, installation date, duration and any documentation requirements. A material’s appearance does not replace a reaction-to-fire test report, a traffic rating or an assessment of the fixing method.
